The best part is no one was turned away!
The next clinic will be December 11th. The other great thing that came out of this is a relationship FLC is starting to build with the local Lion’s Club in town. They want to ‘partner up’ with FLC on cleaning glasses, glasses donations, and possibly working together to buy new equipment. Both the Lion’s Club and Michael, the director, from GCM thinks this project could possibly qualify for grants through the United Way to purchase equipment!
The clinic has proven to be a big success. Below are totals of Patients seen and the number of eyeglasses we dispensed to them.
