We invite you to consider a donation to VOSH Southeast for the 2025 Guyana, South America clinic.

From July 17–27, VOSH will carry out its first contact eye care mission to the remote islands of Guyana, South America. A team of dedicated professionals—including an on-site ophthalmologist, optometrists, opticians, and clinic support—will bring essential services to isolated communities where care is unavailable.
This mission will launch what we hope becomes a long-term partnership for sustainable vision care.
With the help of local host Dr. Kemol Roshan and government-issued vouchers for glasses, we’re ready to serve—but we are still short on the funds needed to make this life-changing mission possible. Your donation will help bring sight and hope to hundreds who have never had access to proper eye care. Let’s plant the seeds of vision and partnership together.

Nous sommes un organisme de bienfaisance publiquement soutenu avec nos ressources matérielles provenant de dons et les encouragements de nos généreux donateurs. Nous atteignons ces objectifs grâce à des activités cliniques et éducatives directes et les efforts de partenariat avec ceux qui partagent notre objectif.

Notre travail se fait sans égard à la race, religion, nationalité, ou de conviction politique parce que nous croyons que le droit à la vue est un droit humain fondamental.

VOSH Southeast’s Vision:

  • Succeed with its partners in accomplishing the aims of VISION 2020, the worldwide program to eliminate avoidable blindness by 2020.
  • Train people in underprivileged countries in eyecare skills
  • Lead a volunteer revolution towards humanitarian assistance

Do you have a desire serve underprivileged people and have fun doing it? Do you want to see someone’s life permanently changed by some small task you have done?

Then you need to come on a VOSH Southeast mission trip! Travel to beautiful countries like Peru, Nicaragua or Africa and explore local cultures. See how people from other countries live while experiencing all of that country’s natural beauty.

VOSH Southeast has been organizing and expediting trips to foreign countries for over 10 years. We work hard, but play hard too. There is a place for everyone on our mission trips, even if you have disabilities or special needs. Things as simple as helping fill forms out for patients or as exciting as dispensing glasses are just a few of the areas you could help.
